Audit Process

Please complete the Get a Quote form at the top menu, Get in Touch with Us on the Home page or send us an email.

You will get a quote or an email response within 24 hours.

If you wish to proceed with us, please complete the Registration Form, next on the top menu. You will receive an email with your login details to the portal along with a manual to guide you through the adding of funds for audit and the audit process. The manual is also available at the bottom of this page at the Manual button.

Please advise by email if you are unable to register online, as we can do that for you.

In the process of adding a fund, you can add the trustees contact details and can advise them of separate login details to enable them to access the fund on the portal and upload documents, and more. They have access to the Trustees Training Manual in the Manual button at the bottom of this page.

The accountant or trustee can upload the documents required for the audit. They can also view the progress of the audit on their portal login.

After registration and adding a fund, emailing of documents is an option if you would prefer not to upload on the portal. However, the trust deed may be too large to email. In that case you would have to upload it on the portal.

Once a fund is added to your portal, the auditor will receive an Accept Audit Engagement email. Once accepted by the auditor, the Engagement Letter and Management Representation Letter will be available to download, to the be signed by the Trustee/s, or they can be emailed to you.

After the audit process is completed, you can download the Audit Report and Management Letter on the portal, or these can be emailed to you. An invoice will then be issued and emailed to you.

Please download the Checklist of documents which the auditor requires for the audit. This is the Checklist button at the bottom of this page.
